About Dale Bially

I have worked extensively with the Enneagram in my professional and personal life since 1993. Under the guidance of my mentors Carol Ann Gotch and David Walsh (students of Bob Ochs), I completed the Enntrain: Inspirited and Embodied Enneagram training program in 2012 and began teaching workshops and study groups with Inscapes.

In 2010 I realized that my desire to support people in their personal growth was outpacing my desire to lead a publicly traded organization. My 25 years in the corporate world gave me more than just a great sense business and an understanding of interpersonal relationships. It helped me see how giving people a clear sense of their gifts and the tools to deal with life challenges, actually changes the mood and success of an organization. Departing a single organization gave me the freedom to affect more change through working with people in all parts of society.

Using the wisdom of this ancient symbol, I meet with people one-on-one, lead national workshops and retreats, and help people start a journey to transform their lives and relationships. 

In 2012 I began working as an Instructor with Prairie Jubilee. There, I work with a wonderful team of leaders in supporting and training spiritual directors and other seekers. All looking to find the truth of whom they are and how to live differently. This ultimately makes our world a better place.
