About Liam Morton
Though I have been a seeker my whole life, my introduction to the enneagram in 2017, started me on a revealing, and sometimes uncomfortable, journey of self-discovery. This ancient symbol gives us all the clues to find a connection to who we are and why we are here. Will we take the time to notice the clues? Slowing down and learning to listen, are just two of the many insights that I have received from stepping into this work. Understanding how each of us ticks has shifted for me from a mystery to a movement of unfolding.
My background is food, beverage and travel. I enjoy seeing the relationship food has with each of us, how it enriches us, soothes us, satiates and fuels our bodies. When I am cooking I notice how the simple preparation of a meal shapes our relationship to the food and those who enjoy it.
