About Pam Moskie
I am a Registered Psychologist, yoga and Enneagram teacher in Camrose, Alberta, Canada. I take a very eclectic approach to healing and use multiple tools in helping people work through issues, develop meaning in their lives and reduce stress.
A few of my approaches include cognitive behavioural therapy, Jungian psychology, Internal Family Systems therapy, Person Centered therapy, inner child work, trauma processing techniques, mindfulness and stress reduction. My background in philosophy and sociology also informs the lens through which I approach therapy. Helping people discover their true self, buried under wounding and conditioning, is my passion.
