On behalf of the team at Inspired Enneagram, we want to take a moment and let you know how honoured we are to be accompanying you on your journey. We believe that being conscious to our individual paths enriches, energizes and strengthens our connections to ourselves and others. 

We welcome you to this Inspired Enneagram event and thank you for reading and signing this form, which helps us keep our legal and administrative ducks in a row.

 

Why You’re Reading This Document

You are registered to participate in in the 3rd Annual Inspired Enneagram Mexican retreat taking place in Troncones, Mexico from February 5 to February 12, 2023.

We want to make sure you’re aware of how we can assist and empower you and be clear on what we at Inspired Enneagram will not and cannot do for you.

Inspired Enneagram retreats are set up to facilitate opportunities for you to learn about yourself; to support you to get into action; and to share with you information we’ve gathered. 

Inspired Enneagram makes no representations that it offers any professional services in any area outside of the core competency of its business, chiefly advising and guiding people to make meaningful decisions surrounding their life and does not represent or warrant that it has any expertise in the healthcare fields.

In offering the services, Inspired Enneagram is simply facilitating your thought process about important decisions that you’ll be working with. We are not making any decisions for you and you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for any and all decisions that you make on your adventure.

 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Inspired Enneagram and any of its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents and assigns (the “Indemnified Parties”) from any and all claims brought against any of the Indemnified Parties arising from retreats or workshops provided by Inspired Enneagram.

 

Release of Liability: You and any of your heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns forever release and discharge Inspired Enneagram from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands which are based upon, arise out of or occur, directly or indirectly, by reason of any act or omission by you, unless Inspired Enneagram has contributed to such liability by an act of gross negligence.

 

Intellectual Property Ownership: All logos, trademarks, photo and/or video assets, training and/or teaching materials, and all other intellectual property that we create or utilize in connection with an Inspired Enneagram workshop or event and with Inspired Enneagram (the “Intellectual Property”) is the sole and exclusive property of Inspired Enneagram and is for your personal use only.

  

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Our wish is that everyone who reserves a spot for this retreat will be able to attend! However, life happens and if for some reason you have to cancel your registration, we will work with you in the following ways:

  • If you cancel your reservation on or before November 15, 2023 Inspired Enneagram will refund your deposit, less a $100 processing fee. 

  • If you cancel after November 15, 2023, Inspired Enneagram will refund 50% of your deposit unless we can find a person to fill your spot, in which case Inspired Enneagram will only keep $100 processing fee and return the balance of the deposit to you.

  • If Inspired Enneagram must cancel this retreat, you will receive two weeks notice, and a full refund of your registration fee. Inspired Enneagram is not responsible for travel reservations booked to attend cancelled programs.
